After
many years of visiting Cape Cod, in 2002, Suzy Kline bought a lovely
property in Yarmouth Port, Mass., a charming historic town on
Cape Cod.
It had everything Suzy
wanted, a mix of town and country, with a comfortable home and lots of
land. The property also had two rentals perfect for people who wanted to
rent a home for a vacation or weekend getaway.
This lovely property is
sufficiently set back from the road to afford privacy and peace & quiet
from any automobile traffic. The Townhouses are surrounded by a huge
lawn with beautiful trees, including a huge Sycamore Tree with five
trunks, for which Suzy named her new home. At the rear is a lovely acre
of forest leading to the old Cape Cod Rail line.

In addition to the main
house and rental, there are two additional buildings: A cute barn (which
she converted to a studio for her art and craft projects), and a lovely
private cottage toward the back with it's own amenities.
Suzy restored the buildings
to their original 1940's feel, and indulged in one of her passions,
gardening, putting in new flower beds and amending old ones.
While still running a real
estate business in New York City, she has created a peaceful oasis in
one of the most beautiful locations in the country, if not the world.
With all of this Suzy strives to make your visit to Five Trees pleasant
and memorable. |
